Project 8-Performance

Our final project for semester 1 was performance night.The theme for our performance night was "Lost Kingdom". Building technology got Mataram Kingdom. Actually i don't understand the "Lost Kingdom" theme. But what i know is that moments is the best moment that i'd been through.

Project 7-Xzbition Day

Our studio work continue with the Xzbition day for all 7 majors. In this project,i was happened to be the group leader for Building Technology team. For me,its my new experience to handle this big event with my coursemate.

6 (a)-Amphitheatre Stage Design


In a group,we need to design a comprehensive studio project that includes the aspects of site analysis,architectural and interior design,structure and material selection,simple costing,project management and construction technique of the scale size building.

This is our team Logo. Our team are known as Heptax !

In this project,every single major are combined to form the group of 16 members to complete the project.So in this alternative,i can make new friends in the team and form a strong team and help each other to complete the task.

PROJECT 5

5(a)-Neighbourhood Elements: Existing Condition

In this project,we required to do self-visit to the Bayan Residence to observe and gather relevant information about the components and elementsof the neighbourhood area.

5(b)-Neighbourhood Elements : Proposed Improvement

Based on self visit to the choosen neighbourhood area,we shoul propose some suggestions to improve the physical and non-physical conditions of the neighbourhood area by presenting it graphically in the Project 5(b).So,i suggest the improvement at this neighbourhood area by having the Multipurpose Hall,Ramp for the disabilities people,guard house,speed bumper and cycling routes for the additional facilities.

PROJECT 4-PRESENTATION DRAWING

Axonometric drawing and one point perspective drawings.

The Medium i used to completed this drawings is Set Square,Pencils,Drawing Pen and Colour Pencils.From this drawings,it give me an experience to know how to draw the blueprint which consist of plan view,left and right view,front and rear view or known as "lukisan kejuruteraan"

PROJECT 3

3(b)-Objects Connection : Comfortable Chair

In group of 3, we are required to produce a structural model of a wooden L-shape seating object that combines a table and chairs.So,I had been grouped together with Fatin Nor Hanani and Khairil Faizul.Through the expertise available on themselves,so we can set up chairs together.And what make we more satisfied with our work is,our chairs was selected to presented to all the studiomasters. 

3(a)-Free-Form Sculpture

In this project,we are required to create an object of a free-from sculpture that can be made from any materials.So,i decide to make this. This sculpture was made based on the stair concept. I am imagine that the lower step of the stairs was the starting point of my journey to be a succesfull Building Technologist. "Started from nothing to something".

2(b)-NATURAL STRUCTURE

For this Natural structure drawing,i choose palm tree near the Padang Kawad.For me,the leaf structure of the tree was unique.The colour of the leafs was dark green. For me,green colour represent the elemant of calm and peaceful situation.

2(a)-MAN MADE STRUCTURE

For this  project we are required to produce a coloured drawing of a man-made structure that can be found around USM Main Campus.So,i choose the mini stage near the padang kawad as my Man Made structure.

1(b)-PERSONAL LOGO

For this project,we need to create a Personal Logo that best reflects their personality and strengths.So

this is my personal logo. This logo was inspired from the combination of green leaf which stand for sustainability and blue wings which stand for the freedom of my life. So i combine these two elements and form it into "S" shape which represents my name SYAKIRIN.

PROJECT 1-STEWARDSHIP

So,our first task are to draw a potret of ourself and make a personal logo. Check this out !

Project 1(a) Self Potret

This is my first project since i entered into this school and this course. Firstly,i'm quite surprised on that day because the project had been given by Dr.Mazran after the RUS 104 subject briefing was finished. All student at the hall quite surprised especially who did'nt had any basic or experience in drawing. So this is the result. My first potret skeches. I think it was not bad sketches for a beginner like me :)

1st Week 1st Day 1st Class

9th Sept 2013 on 9 a.m was my first class as a HBP student which is RUS 104 class at DK E48A. During the class,i was given my 1st studio project by studio coordinator. "Me, Myself & I" project,which need us to sketch our own self portrait, our own personal logo and make our own blog. So this is my 1st time ever using blog and i'm a new blogger. i'm freshie here. When i had been given my 1st project I was totally shocked,because on my 1st day and 1st class i already have the assignment. Furthermore,i also don't know how to draw. But i don't mind at all because based on this project,i will learn something new especially in drawing skills and of course its for my goodness also. Just keep on practicing :)

Me Myself And I

My name is Khairusy Syakirin bin Norizan. I am 1st semester HBP student which is Housing Building and Planning or also known as Hantu Balik Pagi/High Blood Pressure. Actually i don't really know yet why some of them called us like this. haha. but i think i will know it soon. If this blog have something wrong somewhere i'm seek guidance from you guys. thanks.
